Event Details

Resist the Winter Blues--learn the calming yet invigorating moves of Tai Chi.

This series is designed for adults at a beginners level, or as a refresher for those with some knowledge of tai chi. Participants will learn a 10-form set of Yang style tai chi which derives from the most widely practiced form in the world. Participants can expect to have the sequence of movements memorized well enough by the end of the series that they can practice this short set on their own.

Kathleen Brenner has studied Tai Chi for over 20 years and has won several gold, silver and bronze medals in international competitions. Brenner has taught tai chi and Chi Kung to several hundred people of all ages over the last eleven years.

Space is limited and the series fills up fast! Registration is required.  A $25 series fee will be collected at the first class to cover costs of instruction.
